- Conduct thorough internet research.
- Type at a speed of 45 words per minute.
- Must be amenable to work in US timezone.
- Primary internet connection (min 15 Mbps).
- Backup internet connection (min 10 Mbps).
- Primary device (Intel Core i5 8th gen+, i3 10th gen+, or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM).
- Backup device (equivalent to Intel Core i3).
- Noise-canceling USB headset and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily for education, employment, and reference verifications.
- Review and complete verification requests as ordered by clients.
- Determine next steps for verification through research.
- Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Conduct internet research to verify education and employment data.
- Email businesses, schools, and organizations to verify candidate information.
- Conduct interviews with professional references.
