  • Backup internet connection (min 10 Mbps).
  • Primary device (Intel Core i5 8th gen+, i3 10th gen+, or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM).

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls daily for education, employment, and reference verifications.
  • Review and complete verification requests as ordered by clients.
  • Determine next steps for verification through research.
  • Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Conduct internet research to verify education and employment data.
  • Email businesses, schools, and organizations to verify candidate information.
  • Conduct interviews with professional references.
