Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Automation, or related)
- 5+ years of experience in demanding industrial environments (e.g., Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power Plants)
- Proven track record programming 'greenfield' and 'brownfield' PLC and SCADA software
- Specific proficiency in Allen Bradley (Studio 5000) and/or Ignition (Inductive Automation)
- Familiarity with industrial protocols including Modbus, CAN bus, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and iterate on PLC and SCADA software for Antora’s TES and BoP systems
- Take full ownership of software lifecycles for specific projects
- Write and maintain high-fidelity Process Control Narratives (PCNs), Cause and Effect Diagrams, State Diagrams, and Controls Operations Manuals
- Develop rigorous test plans, automated check tools, and QA procedures
- Provide expert onsite and remote support for logic-related issues during commissioning
- Design and commission upgrade projects for existing sites using data-driven insights
