- Experience designing, scaling, debugging, and optimizing systems

Responsibilities
- Conceiving, designing, building, and launching new user-facing features
- Implementing new AI features to turbocharge customer tasks
- Improving performance and scalability of GraphQL and REST APIs
- Syncing sales emails and calendar events
- Developing calling features using Twilio, WebSockets, and WebRTC
- Building user-facing analytics features
- Improving Elasticsearch-backed search functionality
- Managing messaging infrastructure with Kafka and Redis
- Enhancing SaaS platform integrations like Google G Suite and Zapier
