Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone, email, and messaging communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems, cloud tools, and communication platforms.
- Experience with MS Office or similar productivity tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident approach to outreach and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, contact, and engage potential and existing customers through multiple communication channels to generate qualified leads.
- Build rapport with prospects and assess their needs to determine product/service fit.
- Schedule sales meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and manage CRM systems or contact databases with accurate and updated information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with sales strategy.
- Support the execution of sales targets and contribute to pipeline growth and revenue goals.
- Handle inbound inquiries and act as the first point of contact for prospects and clients.
- Conduct basic administrative and reporting tasks, including customer feedback collection and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of outreach processes and sales performance.
