Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone, email, and messaging communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems, cloud tools, and communication platforms.
  • Experience with MS Office or similar productivity tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident approach to outreach and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, contact, and engage potential and existing customers through multiple communication channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Build rapport with prospects and assess their needs to determine product/service fit.
  • Schedule sales meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems or contact databases with accurate and updated information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with sales strategy.
  • Support the execution of sales targets and contribute to pipeline growth and revenue goals.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and act as the first point of contact for prospects and clients.
  • Conduct basic administrative and reporting tasks, including customer feedback collection and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement of outreach processes and sales performance.
