Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
- Proven experience in property management sales, real estate sales, or property management operations.
- Strong CRM experience managing leads, follow-ups, and deal pipelines.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to speak confidently with U.S.-based clients over the phone.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales ability.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through discipline.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact and convert inbound property management leads provided by the company.
- Conduct high-quality sales conversations to understand client needs and explain service offerings.
- Build trust and credibility with prospective property owners and investors.
- Move opportunities consistently through the sales pipeline toward signed agreements.
- Execute persistent and organized follow-up strategies to re-engage warm leads.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and sales conversations in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
