Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
  • Proven experience in property management sales, real estate sales, or property management operations.
  • Strong CRM experience managing leads, follow-ups, and deal pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to speak confidently with U.S.-based clients over the phone.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales ability.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through discipline.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and convert inbound property management leads provided by the company.
  • Conduct high-quality sales conversations to understand client needs and explain service offerings.
  • Build trust and credibility with prospective property owners and investors.
  • Move opportunities consistently through the sales pipeline toward signed agreements.
  • Execute persistent and organized follow-up strategies to re-engage warm leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and sales conversations in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
