Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy, Public Policy, Engineering, or Environmental Science
- 12+ years of progressive professional experience
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years experience leading/overseeing energy efficiency program implementation
- Experience managing complex operational, program delivery, or product-oriented teams
- Proven experience leading client contract negotiations and renewals
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost management, profitability)
- Strong complex problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Executive-level communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and govern the delivery of multiple large-scale energy efficiency programs
- Direct cross-department collaboration to guide software development supporting program delivery
- Actively manage program performance, metrics, revenue, and budget control
- Apply industry expertise in energy efficiency and emerging technologies
- Lead and govern a regional organization of project managers and senior professionals
- Develop, coach, and retain talent
- Direct workforce planning, recruiting, and staffing
- Develop and sustain program and executive-level client relationships
- Deliver results meeting or exceeding energy-savings targets and KPIs
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
