Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Licensed mental health professional
- Experience managing Independent Contractors
- Experience working with a wide range of ages (children, teens, young adults, and adults)
- Experience in conducting group treatment
- Knowledge of DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and MI
- Flexible schedule including Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm MST and occasional Saturday coverage
- Reliable WIFI connection
- Familiarity with cloud-based software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce, EMR)
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine audits of all team members to ensure care is delivered in accordance with Charlie Health best practices.
- Manage team of ~150 Group Facilitators including scheduling 1:1 meetings, facilitating group supervision and treatment team sessions, and responding to asynchronous communication.
- Collaborate closely with partner departments like Care Strategy and Care Delivery.
- Monitor team client satisfaction and audit scores and provide feedback.
- Review group data to inform strategic decision making.
- Work closely with Clinician Experience to ensure training and education resources are available.
- Facilitate groups weekly and complete documentation within 24 hours.
- Participate in routine leadership meetings.
- Maintain and model professional ethics and boundaries.
