Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- 5+ years’ experience as a Clinical Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law
- Ability to handle medical records and employee documents discreetly
- Highly organized and ability to operate in multiple software and web-based applications
- Excellent communication skills; articulate with strong presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain a cohesive and positive team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Train new hires on Company policy, procedure, and clinical protocols.
- Act as first-line resource for employee questions.
- Contribute to clinical knowledgebase and training resources.
- Liaise with Medical Group Management regarding staff concerns and propose solutions.
- Act as spokesperson for the team to propose platform enhancements.
- Ensure proper coding & documentation of patient billable transactions.
- Provide complex case coordination.
- Manage patient panels across the team.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policy & procedure.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and medical laws.
