Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Direct experience owning or contributing to search, recommendations, ranking, or related discovery systems.
- Strong foundation in experimentation, including A/B test design, execution, and interpretation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Ability to partner effectively with technical teams.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, tradeoffs, and implementation complexity.
- Experience defining metrics frameworks and using data to drive prioritization.
- Proven ability to integrate user research and usability insights into product development.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end search platform, including retrieval, ranking, recommendations and matching.
- Continuously improve product performance through rigorous experimentation (A/B testing), data analysis, and user research.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to define and ship high-impact features.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of user intent, segmentation, and behavior to inform search strategy.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends.
