Requirements
- Experienced product manager with focus on internal technical products, developer tools, data/ML platforms, or ads and content ranking.
- Deeply analytical and highly technical background.
- Comfortable working in complex data systems and the machine learning lifecycle.
- Genuine passion for machine learning and AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate technical constraints into roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills for business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or Backend Engineering (preferred).
- Understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem (preferred).
- Experience with Generative AI/LLM workflows (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Shape the long-term strategy and roadmap for Reddit’s Ads ML platform.
- Build products and tooling that dramatically reduce friction for Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Ads Product teams to prioritize platform initiatives.
- Own KPIs around platform reliability, latency, cost-efficiency, and developer productivity.
- Keep updated on the broader ML ecosystem and emerging architectures.
- Conduct user research to convert developer pain points into precise product requirements.
