Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or B2B lead generation.
  • Experience handling at least 5 concurrent projects, ideally 10+.
  • Proven full ownership of account health, results, and accountability.
  • Experience managing stakeholders on both sides (clients and internal teams).
  • Ability to stay composed in difficult client conversations.
  • Well-developed time-management framework.
  • Native or C2 English, written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own 10–15 client accounts simultaneously: communication, health, risk management, retention, and upsells.
  • Building high-level outbound omnichannel strategies for each client.
  • Running 3–4 client calls per day including status updates and strategy sessions.
  • Leading the internal pod (SDRs, Delivery Lead, Content Specialist) toward client KPIs.
  • Managing escalation when results fall short.
  • Balancing individual and team KPIs (50%/50%).
