Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls
- Educate patients on clinic medical procedures
- Coordinate medical calendars and book appointments
- Provide technical troubleshooting for Telehealth visits
- Execute insurance eligibility and pre-authorization workflows
- Process and track incoming/outgoing patient referrals
- Maintain up-to-date health records in EMR systems
