Experience: 5+ years

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience with SWE hiring from sourcing through close
Ability to recruit engineers with systems-level depth (embedded, autonomy, robotics, aerospace software)
Strong sourcing instincts for passive candidates
Experience running structured hiring processes
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
Ability to obtain US Government clearance

Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting for autonomy software, full-stack, and forward-deployed engineering roles
Sourcing software talent from national labs, aerospace, defense, and hyperscalers
Managing a pipeline of qualified SWE candidates across seniority levels
Running structured interview processes in coordination with engineering leads
Recruiting for product management and design roles focused on C2, autonomy HMI, and mission software
Partnering with Head of Talent Acquisition on reporting and Ashby ATS hygiene
Managing agency partner relationships
Contributing to employer brand and offer processes
