Requirements
- 5–7+ years of recruiting experience with significant focus on technical recruiting.
- Experience recruiting within defense, aerospace, government contracting, or national security environments.
- Success recruiting for hard-to-fill technical domains like cyber security, software engineering, and systems engineering.
- Proven experience recruiting cleared talent and navigating clearance constraints.
- Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting processes independently.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
- Manage a mix of cleared and uncleared roles.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill skill areas.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational needs.
- Provide guidance regarding labor market conditions and compensation.
- Lead offer preparation and closing activities.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and OFCCP requirements.
