Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of recruiting experience with significant focus on technical recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting within defense, aerospace, government contracting, or national security environments.
  • Success recruiting for hard-to-fill technical domains like cyber security, software engineering, and systems engineering.
  • Proven experience recruiting cleared talent and navigating clearance constraints.
  • Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting processes independently.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
  • Manage a mix of cleared and uncleared roles.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill skill areas.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational needs.
  • Provide guidance regarding labor market conditions and compensation.
  • Lead offer preparation and closing activities.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and OFCCP requirements.
