Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Focus on software engineering and product engineering hires.
  • Proven track record of closing senior engineers at high-growth SaaS startups or FAANG companies.
  • Expertise in building pipelines from cold outreach and outbound sourcing.
  • Deep ATS fluency (Ashby experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience layering AI agents, automation, or LLM-powered tools into workflows.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with a manager.
  • Startup DNA characterized by urgency, comfort with ambiguity, and resource awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end searches.
  • Run full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and product engineering roles.
  • Build pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop role profiles, scorecards, and search strategies.
  • Manage offer strategy, compensation framing, and equity discussions.
  • Execute recruiting operations in Ashby, leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience for every applicant.
