Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Focus on software engineering and product engineering hires.
- Proven track record of closing senior engineers at high-growth SaaS startups or FAANG companies.
- Expertise in building pipelines from cold outreach and outbound sourcing.
- Deep ATS fluency (Ashby experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience layering AI agents, automation, or LLM-powered tools into workflows.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with a manager.
- Startup DNA characterized by urgency, comfort with ambiguity, and resource awareness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end searches.
- Run full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and product engineering roles.
- Build pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop role profiles, scorecards, and search strategies.
- Manage offer strategy, compensation framing, and equity discussions.
- Execute recruiting operations in Ashby, leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience for every applicant.
