- Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to analyze root causes and optimize processes
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to travel approximately 15%
Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems by analyzing calculations, investigating bugs, and proposing new processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to provide client support.
- Prioritize feature requests and bug fixes in a ticketing system.
- Create technical specifications for developers.
- Perform software testing in beta environments to verify specifications.
- Coordinate software configuration during new client implementations.
- Provide training and resources for clients on software usage.
