Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in business applications, systems analysis, or technical business analysis.
  • Experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience translating and mapping business requirements into user stories and functional solutions.
  • Experience supporting or working with system integrations, including NetSuite and MuleSoft.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear documentation.
  • Experience designing and executing UAT and supporting QA efforts.
  • Strong SQL knowledge with ability to write queries and reports.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct fit/gap analyses to align business needs with system capabilities.
  • Decompose requirements into clear, self-contained user stories.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process flow diagrams, data models, and use cases.
  • Partner with developers and stakeholders to design scalable business solutions.
  • Lead the design and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support quality assurance efforts to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA team to support system testing and troubleshoot defects.
