Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of experience in business applications, systems analysis, or technical business analysis.
- Experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience translating and mapping business requirements into user stories and functional solutions.
- Experience supporting or working with system integrations, including NetSuite and MuleSoft.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear documentation.
- Experience designing and executing UAT and supporting QA efforts.
- Strong SQL knowledge with ability to write queries and reports.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Conduct fit/gap analyses to align business needs with system capabilities.
- Decompose requirements into clear, self-contained user stories.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process flow diagrams, data models, and use cases.
- Partner with developers and stakeholders to design scalable business solutions.
- Lead the design and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support quality assurance efforts to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with QA team to support system testing and troubleshoot defects.
