Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or IT delivery
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, CRM, or SaaS platform delivery
- Experience working in a structured Agile environment
- Experience with business process modernization
- Experience with requirements traceability and documentation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance
- Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for Salesforce applications and shared services.
- Translate stakeholder needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement by identifying dependencies and resolving ambiguity.
- Analyze business processes to modernize workflows and improve user experience.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, demos, and review meetings.
- Support Salesforce configuration and development teams with requirements clarification.
- Coordinate test planning, defect triage, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage release readiness, including documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain documentation for processes, functionality, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with federal security, privacy, and Section 508 requirements.
