  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in automating workflows using AI tools.
  • Experience with AI-driven process mapping or bottleneck analysis.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a revenue-facing support role.
  • Hands-on experience managing a modern sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full BDR tools stack, including administration, access governance, and day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-powered capabilities within the tools stack.
  • Design and deliver training programs for tools, workflows, and processes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and quick-reference guides.
  • Manage vendor relationships and serve as the primary liaison for renewals and escalations.
  • Lead persona development projects to sharpen BDR targeting and messaging.
  • Partner with sales leadership and operations on tool evaluations and cross-functional projects.
  • Track tool adoption and usage metrics to maximize ROI.
