Requirements
- Experience in technical presales, engineering, or implementation.
- Background in network/server administration or technical consulting.
- Experience working with REST-based APIs.
- Strong understanding of IT/security requirements and enterprise planning software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience communicating with C-level executives (CTO, CISO, CIO).
- Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- BS/BA degree preferred.
- Experience with RFP tools (e.g., Ombud) and demo tools (e.g., Consensus) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with prospect IT, InfoSec, and technical architecture teams.
- Manage RFI/RFP and InfoSec questionnaire responses.
- Conduct prospect meetings and on-site workshops.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, Security, and Legal teams.
- Map technical and security requirements to platform capabilities.
- Develop standardized content and thought leadership on technical topics.
- Support customers in implementing APIs and data connectors.
- Foster communication between IT and business stakeholders.
