Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2-4 years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Sales, SDR/BDR, or Technical Support.
- Experience working with a range of European customers.
- Consultative mindset with active listening skills.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record in customer retention.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Data-driven mindset for identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of global, complex customer accounts.
- Perform detailed adoption analysis and joint planning.
- Lead customer stakeholder alignment and roadmap reviews.
- Drive advocacy by ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently.
- Facilitate conversations and drive outcomes for customers.
- Identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.
- Improve customer health and sentiment to ensure renewals.
