Requirements

  • 2-4 years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Sales, SDR/BDR, or Technical Support.
  • Experience working with a range of European customers.
  • Consultative mindset with active listening skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record in customer retention.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset for identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of global, complex customer accounts.
  • Perform detailed adoption analysis and joint planning.
  • Lead customer stakeholder alignment and roadmap reviews.
  • Drive advocacy by ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Facilitate conversations and drive outcomes for customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Improve customer health and sentiment to ensure renewals.
