  • Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Based in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Synthesia’s future growth by building relationships with clients.
  • Educate clients on creating video content.
  • Work with sales to create a cohesive onboarding experience.
  • Engage in business-level and technical conversations with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Manage a book of business and KPIs.
  • Manage risk, forecasting, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships.
  • Coordinate and lead regular client check-ins.
  • Ensure ROI and value are understood by clients.
  • Perform light video editing using the platform.
