Requirements

- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing a book of business along with KPIs.
- Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Drive Synthesia’s future growth by building relationships with clients.
- Educate clients on creating video content.
- Work with sales to create a cohesive onboarding experience.
- Engage in business-level and technical conversations with C-suite stakeholders.
- Manage a book of business and KPIs.
- Manage risk, forecasting, and identify growth opportunities.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships.
- Coordinate and lead regular client check-ins.
- Ensure ROI and value are understood by clients.
- Perform light video editing using the platform.
