Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management, Client Service, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or Implementation
  • Background in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing a book of business along with KPIs
  • Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship
  • Proven experience onboarding new clients
  • Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction
  • Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

  • Drive future growth by building relationships with clients and turning them into happy users
  • Educate clients on creating video content using the platform
  • Collaborate with sales for cohesive onboarding
  • Engage in business and technical conversations up to C-suite level
  • Manage a book of business and KPIs
  • Manage risk, forecasting, and identify growth opportunities
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships
  • Coordinate and lead regular client check-ins
  • Perform light video editing using the Synthesia platform
  • Ensure retention and growth of enterprise clients
