Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management, Client Service, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or Implementation
- Background in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing a book of business along with KPIs
- Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship
- Proven experience onboarding new clients
- Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction
- Fluent in French and English
Responsibilities
- Drive future growth by building relationships with clients and turning them into happy users
- Educate clients on creating video content using the platform
- Collaborate with sales for cohesive onboarding
- Engage in business and technical conversations up to C-suite level
- Manage a book of business and KPIs
- Manage risk, forecasting, and identify growth opportunities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships
- Coordinate and lead regular client check-ins
- Perform light video editing using the Synthesia platform
- Ensure retention and growth of enterprise clients
