Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Consultancy
- Proven track-record of strategic customer and/or project development
- Experience leading complex initiatives with multi-stakeholder set-ups
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communication and structural thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in high-ownership, scaling environments
- Experience in Waste, Recycling, or Circular Economy sectors (preferred)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-centric products (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through a structured onboarding process
- Teach and train users in hands-on sessions
- Monitor usage and data quality to ensure software adoption
- Analyze a customer’s current state and craft two-year development journeys
- Translate analysis into actionable plans that generate stakeholder buy-in
- Bridge the gap to product teams by providing customer feedback
- Refine internal processes and customer playbooks
