Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Consultancy
  • Proven track-record of strategic customer and/or project development
  • Experience leading complex initiatives with multi-stakeholder set-ups
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent communication and structural thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-ownership, scaling environments
  • Experience in Waste, Recycling, or Circular Economy sectors (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-centric products (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through a structured onboarding process
  • Teach and train users in hands-on sessions
  • Monitor usage and data quality to ensure software adoption
  • Analyze a customer’s current state and craft two-year development journeys
  • Translate analysis into actionable plans that generate stakeholder buy-in
  • Bridge the gap to product teams by providing customer feedback
  • Refine internal processes and customer playbooks
