Requirements

  • 6+ years of growth, performance marketing, or consumer growth strategy & operations experience.
  • 3+ years in a senior individual contributor or player-coach role at a consumer marketplace, app, or two-sided platform.
  • Track record of scaling consumer acquisition through non-paid channels.
  • Deep CRM and lifecycle experience (email, push, in-app, SMS).
  • Quantitatively rigorous, comfortable with SQL and AI tools.
  • Fluent in experiment design, CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort retention analysis.
  • Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the guest acquisition strategy for the Olo Network, including annual planning, quarterly targets, and channel-level forecasts.
  • Activate 40M+ existing Olo account holders as a recurring source of incremental orders.
  • Architect acquisition programs involving restaurant partners, co-marketing, and viral loops.
  • Create a lifecycle program to convert first-time orderers into repeat guests.
  • Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap including A/B tests, incrementality tests, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Define and own growth dashboards, acting as the source of truth for CAC, LTV, and channel attribution.
