Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end inbound sales process from first contact to deal closure
- Consult with creators and brand clients to understand product needs, pricing expectations, and design requirements
- Handle objections confidently while positioning tailored manufacturing solutions
- Build, manage, and nurture a repeat customer pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage high-velocity pipelines
- Collaborate with production, design, and lead generation teams
- Provide post-sale engagement and account nurturing
