Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end inbound sales process from first contact to deal closure
  • Consult with creators and brand clients to understand product needs, pricing expectations, and design requirements
  • Handle objections confidently while positioning tailored manufacturing solutions
  • Build, manage, and nurture a repeat customer pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage high-velocity pipelines
  • Collaborate with production, design, and lead generation teams
