Requirements
- Proven experience in senior-level product management focused on financial services
- Experience in vertical SaaS serving service-based businesses
- Direct experience with SMB merchant acquiring
- Understanding of money movement for small businesses
- Strong commercial judgment and experience owning key metrics
- Experience leading and developing teams of Product Managers
- Ability to build strategy from emerging market signals and incomplete data
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Jobber's Fintech product portfolio from vision to execution
- Define and build financial products (invoicing, payments, capital, insights)
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk, Operations, and GTM
- Grow transaction volume, payment adoption, and customer LTV
