Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS with a track record of broad horizontal scope.
- Deep US market fluency in shift-based businesses, regulatory landscape, and payroll/T&A.
- Enterprise product experience at scale with multi-location, high-headcount customers.
- Technical depth including reading API docs, data flows, and debugging issues.
- Cross-PM credibility and influence.
- Enterprise-facing experience with customer calls, procurement, and security reviews.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Production AI/ML experience, ideally OCR ingestion and classification.
- Leadership without authority.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities.
- Lead product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs.
- Embed across squads as the senior US product partner.
- Convert regulatory changes, customer feedback, competitive moves, and partner dynamics into clear product implications.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions as the internal voice on product strategy and roadmap.
- Own product integrity for the US enterprise surface.
