Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product management or process innovation.
- 6+ years of related leadership experience.
- Deep experience with Salesforce (Admin or Consultant certification preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering CRM transformations in field-facing, Customer Success, or Customer Service contexts.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
- Ability to champion a point-of-view and gain alignment across senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience driving quantitative goals.
Responsibilities
- Understand cross-functional operational workflows and identify gaps.
- Own and execute the product roadmap for the Field Enablement workstream.
- Act as the primary product authority for Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
- Drive the vision and delivery of Agentic AI and automation, specifically Salesforce Agentforce.
- Partner with engineering leaders to drive data infrastructure changes.
- Lead product forums, Steering Committee meetings, and business councils to gain alignment.
- Assist business leaders with documentation, training, and change management.
