Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in school or district leadership roles (e.g., Teacher Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, Director of Program).
- Proven experience partnering with school districts to design, implement, and support effective program delivery.
- Experience supporting or overseeing initiatives that span multiple schools, departments, or partner organizations.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage people and initiatives across varied contexts.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with district leadership.
- Drive partnership sustainability and program growth through contract management.
- Lead, coach, and develop Program Managers.
- Lead teams through complex program implementation and change management.
- Manage program budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Oversee data analysis to evaluate outcomes and inform strategic action.
- Drive program fidelity through in-person site visits and observations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align organizational priorities.
