How We Work

You will work remotely, Monday through Friday, during traditional school hours. This role requires an on-camera presence for all tutoring sessions. Tutors collaborate closely with Site Directors and program leaders. We foster a diverse, inclusive environment with a focus on growth. Regular observation and feedback sessions ensure continuous professional development. You will build strong relationships with students, teachers, and school staff.

Engineering at Saga Education

Our technology focuses on empowering tutors and enhancing student learning. You will use Saga Connect, our comprehensive online learning platform. We also utilize a proprietary Saga Curriculum to guide instruction. Our tech stack supports interactive tutoring sessions and data-driven instruction. We leverage AI analysis to provide immediate feedback to tutors. This helps them refine strategies and boost student engagement.
