Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience leading or supporting social impact or leadership programs.
  • Experience with Asia-Pacific region stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitation and curriculum development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-level virtual and in-person programming.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with project management, budget, and contract management experience.
  • Willingness to work Friday evenings (August-April) to align with Singapore time.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement virtual and in-person Leaders Asia-Pacific programming.
  • Implement application and selection processes for program cohorts.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to evaluate impact and improve operations.
  • Build and maintain strategic external partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Manage vendor relationships, speakers, and facilitators.
  • Contribute to alumni engagement strategy and programming.
  • Manage one Associate and oversee sub-team budget.
