Requirements

Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Licensed mental health professional
2 or more years experience in mental health treatment
Experience managing Independent Contractors
Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults
Meets the qualifications of a QMHP Supervisor
Familiarity with Zoom and communication platforms
Ability to navigate EMR and medical systems
Proficiency with Google GSuite

Responsibilities

Serve as primary onboarding liaison and support resource
Score facilitator checkout sessions and identify development needs
Conduct session audits and provide structured clinical coaching
Facilitate 1:1 performance feedback sessions
Host office hours and treatment team support spaces
Ensure compliance readiness and workflow understanding
Support cohort placement and schedule ramp-up
Evaluate facilitator competency using standardized rubric
Prepare transition reports for long-term management teams
