Requirements
- Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
- 4+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations.
- 1+ years of experience in a project management or implementation role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with retail business owners during the Go-Live phase to build onboarding plans.
- Create best practices for managing daily business operations using Toast.
- Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs.
- Perform onboarding remotely and document POS system installation.
- Create and lead training plans for retail staff.
- Manage several onboarding engagements simultaneously (45+ retail businesses).
- Provide post-live remote guidance and troubleshooting for the first 30 days.
