Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations.
- 1+ years experience in a project management or implementation role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities.
- Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational discipline.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with retail business owners during the Go-Live phase and build out onboarding plans.
- Enable business owners to manage labor, inventory, and guest relationships using Toast.
- Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs.
- Document the installation of the Toast POS system and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Create and lead onboarding training plans for retail staff.
- Manage 45+ concurrent onboarding engagements.
- Provide post-live remote guidance and troubleshooting during the first 30 days.
