  • 1+ years experience in a project management or implementation role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities.
  • Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational discipline.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with retail business owners during the Go-Live phase and build out onboarding plans.
  • Enable business owners to manage labor, inventory, and guest relationships using Toast.
  • Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs.
  • Document the installation of the Toast POS system and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Create and lead onboarding training plans for retail staff.
  • Manage 45+ concurrent onboarding engagements.
  • Provide post-live remote guidance and troubleshooting during the first 30 days.
