Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience in a client-facing project management or implementation role
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi-month implementation projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project planning tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated skill in risk management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience or eagerness to learn AI tools
- Familiarity with SDLC and digital marketing solutions (preferred)
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred)
- Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding phase
- Manage execution of customer implementation plans across internal and external teams
- Lead weekly customer syncs to review progress and risks
- Route customer questions and ensure internal tasks are completed
- Ensure project reaches full technical completion and metrics tracking
- Establish roadmap for future growth at project close
- Facilitate smooth transition to Account Manager
- Identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks
- Use AI tools to scale and improve onboarding efficiency
