Requirements
- 5 years of Verint WEM implementation experience
- Minimum 3 years in a Professional Services role or as an application consultant for Verint DPA
- At least 3 years of experience building Application triggers
- Expertise in SaaS, Networking, Internet concepts, CRM, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, and IVR/VRU
- Willingness to travel up to 70% including international
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain Verint certifications within 30 days
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative delivery, implementation, and deployment of Five9 and Verint WEM solutions
- Partner with customers to deliver technical and business outcomes
- Train customers across all aspects of Verint DPA and Interactions
- Implement and troubleshoot Five9 WEM software solutions in diverse environments
- Formulate implementation plans and manage project risks
- Serve as designated owner for DPA services and maintain service offerings
- Communicate project plans, status, and progress to internal and customer stakeholders
