Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading customer engagements in technical, enterprise environments.
- Experience in white-glove enterprise-delivery at a professional services firm, SaaS, or deep tech company.
- Background in commercial defense or defense technology.
- Technically fluent in software, firmware, or signal processing.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies.
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Highly organized and self-directed in resource-constrained environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engagement delivery from pre-POC scoping through production deployment.
- Manage customer relationships, set expectations, and provide calm leadership during complex deployments.
- Run structured project governance with defined timelines, milestones, and cadences.
- Triage issues with product and engineering teams to stabilize deployments.
- Coordinate contracts, clarify requirements, and manage technical scoping.
- Build repeatable playbooks to scale engagement delivery.
- Surface customer friction to internal product and engineering teams.
