Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading customer engagements in technical, enterprise environments.
  • Experience in white-glove enterprise-delivery at a professional services firm, SaaS, or deep tech company.
  • Background in commercial defense or defense technology.
  • Technically fluent in software, firmware, or signal processing.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies.
  • Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and self-directed in resource-constrained environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end engagement delivery from pre-POC scoping through production deployment.
  • Manage customer relationships, set expectations, and provide calm leadership during complex deployments.
  • Run structured project governance with defined timelines, milestones, and cadences.
  • Triage issues with product and engineering teams to stabilize deployments.
  • Coordinate contracts, clarify requirements, and manage technical scoping.
  • Build repeatable playbooks to scale engagement delivery.
  • Surface customer friction to internal product and engineering teams.
