Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product security, embedded/connected device security, or offensive security.
- Minimum 4 years of direct people management experience.
- Hands-on technical depth in binary/firmware analysis, penetration testing, TARA, SBOM, or vulnerability management.
- Experience standing up new service offerings or productizing technical capabilities.
- Knowledge of connected device security (firmware, RTOS, IoT systems).
- Understanding of SBOM standards, VEX, and vulnerability disclosure models (ISO/IEC 29147/30111).
- Familiarity with EU CRA, IEC 62443, NIST standards, and ISO 27001.
- One or more required certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, GIAC (GPEN/GXPN/GREM/GICSP), OSCP.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily execution of managed services engagements (binary analysis, penetration testing, TARA, SBOM/SCA).
- Own full engagement lifecycle from scoping and SOW to delivery and renewal.
- Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team of product security engineers and analysts.
- Define and report on service KPIs, SLAs, and engagement-level profitability.
- Lead operational design of new services like PSIRT-as-a-Service and EU CRA compliance.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to influence roadmap and support pre-sales activities.
- Act as senior technical advisor and escalation contact for strategic customers.
