Requirements

- Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis for technical issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility with schedule including nights and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop foundational knowledge of Hinge Health products and troubleshooting techniques.
- Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Independently diagnose, investigate, and resolve member hardware and software issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis to contribute to knowledge-base improvements.
- Serve as a reliable resource for peers on complex troubleshooting scenarios.
- Identify technical patterns and recommend process improvements.
