  • Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis for technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility with schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop foundational knowledge of Hinge Health products and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Independently diagnose, investigate, and resolve member hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to contribute to knowledge-base improvements.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for peers on complex troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Identify technical patterns and recommend process improvements.
