- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes and workflows simultaneously
- Available to work a variable schedule between 4:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Guide current and prospective members through their care journey
- Answer questions about program offerings, eligibility, enrollment, and billing
- Resolve inquiries with confidence across email, phone, and chat
- Deliver timely, efficient, and empathetic resolutions
- Act as a trusted resource for team members and help onboard new hires
