Requirements

  • Excellent member-facing communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes and workflows simultaneously
  • Available to work a variable schedule between 4:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

  • Guide current and prospective members through their care journey
  • Answer questions about program offerings, eligibility, enrollment, and billing
  • Resolve inquiries with confidence across email, phone, and chat
  • Deliver timely, efficient, and empathetic resolutions
  • Act as a trusted resource for team members and help onboard new hires
