Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, software developer, or in a credit risk analytic role.
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated historical career stability.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Data Science/Analytics preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in reporting systems like Sigma, Tableau, or PowerBI preferred.
- Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience in auto finance (originations and operations) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Credit Strategy & Management team to support credit rules, pricings, business process improvements and automations.
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders using elicitation techniques like interviews and brainstorming.
- Analyze requirements for viability against business objectives and technical usability.
- Document requirements via use cases, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and business process models.
- Work with Program Managers and DevOps to ensure efficient deployment.
- Lead or participate in projects using JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for program performance.
- Recommend workarounds and remove bottlenecks for stakeholders.
- Support product testing through test plans and test cases.
