Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or operational analysis.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Proficiency with Python and R.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL querying, and report automation.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and large language models.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
- Partner with business leaders to create data models and analytical frameworks.
- Lead data validation and governance to ensure accuracy.
- Support integration and enhancement of BI platforms.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
- Perform ad-hoc analytics and scenario modeling to inform decisions.
- Train and mentor team members on data tools and visualization techniques.
- Support digital transformation and system optimization programs.
