Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, operational strategy, management consulting, or finance.
Strong expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, database management, and spreadsheet modeling.
Experience with BI and analytics platforms like Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Power Pivot.
Proven experience leading process optimization and financial modeling projects.
Strong understanding of KPI development and business process improvement methodologies.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or Scrum methodologies preferred.
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or software industries preferred.

Lead consultative discussions with internal stakeholders to define analytical needs and strategic reporting requirements.
Conduct advanced data analysis, predictive and prescriptive modeling, and data storytelling.
Design and develop automated reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Lead process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain complex analytical models to support trend analysis, forecasting, and ROI assessments.
Partner with data scientists, engineers, and operational teams to support analytical solution implementation.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews evaluating financial performance and operational health.
Mentor and train other analysts on analytical methodologies and best practices.
Manage strategic projects with direct impact on operational performance and revenue outcomes.
