Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or Analytics roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in renewals lifecycle metrics, including ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, and contraction analysis.
- Proven experience building forecasting models and executive-level reporting dashboards.
- High proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and renewal pipeline management processes.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with forecasting platforms such as Clari or Gong is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights for executive stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with both strategic vision and operational discipline.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics tools is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to Renewals leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making and operational execution.
- Design, build, and maintain forecasting models for renewals performance, including ARR retention, GRR, churn, and contraction metrics.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health and renewal outcomes.
- Lead annual and quarterly target-setting processes aligned with company-wide revenue and retention goals.
- Optimize renewal workflows within CRM systems such as Salesforce, improving consistency and operational efficiency.
- Leverage advanced analytics, AI tools, and automation to identify at-risk accounts and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on renewal strategy and execution.
