Requirements

- Proven experience building reporting frameworks or analytics functions from scratch
- Ability to drive cross-functional credibility and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage project scope and expectations
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the benchmark library for practice performance
- Deliver monthly and quarterly trend reports for cross-functional teams
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects like Practice 360
- Supply marketing with data-driven industry benchmarks and outcomes
- Shape the product roadmap using data-backed insights from the practice base
