Responsibilities
- Design and deploy systematic approaches to value demonstration for customers.
- Manage CS tech stack performance and usage, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce.
- Design and deploy reporting to assess customer health and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop processes and reporting tools.
- Provide operational support and issue resolution for the CS team.
- Manage revenue-related operational projects, including lead management and SDR workflows.
