Requirements
- 4 - 6 years experience supporting Partner operations activities.
- Experience in SaaS and/or Enterprise-focused organizations.
- Experience implementing programs and processes that scale.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects and flows.
- Administrative experience owning and operating Impartner.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic projects and process improvements based on Sales/Partner feedback.
- Manage enhancement projects and new builds with comprehensive UAT.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational programs.
- Provide scalable operational support for the Partner organization.
- Act as a support resource for internal teams and external Partners.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce regarding Partner programs.
- Administer the Wiz Partner Portal platform and manage all enhancements.
