- Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model.
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience.
- Strong understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data.
- Expertise in SQL.
- Expertise in Crystal Reports.
- Expertise in Tableau.
- Knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Expertise in data modeling.
- Expertise in OLAP technologies.
- Bachelor's degree (Health Informatics or Finance preferred).
Responsibilities
- Leverage data science, including predictive and prescriptive analytics, for operational challenges.
- Address denials management, AR optimization, and cash forecasting.
- Develop, test, and deploy standard reports.
- Develop certified datasets to provide actionable information.
- Drive accountability among business leaders via data reporting.
