Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with MS Access and Excel.
- Proficiency with Business Objects.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI for process and technological improvements.
- CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certification.
Responsibilities
- Serve as WOTB coordinator for Acute Back End Operations.
- Compile and analyze Acute Backend Scorecards for leadership.
- Create executive summaries and ad-hoc operational performance reports.
- Provide TIPS reporting, review, and analysis for leadership.
- Track and reconcile Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze financial/operational performance metrics to identify opportunities and cost savings.
- Manage project plans, scope, schedules, and resources.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and interdepartmental relationships.
- Coordinate with analytics teams to resolve data/registration issues.
